Search
Simple search
This will search all the metadata of the documents: the description, keywords, provenance and copyright. It might help to check the list of common abbreviations used in this metadata. If you want to search the text of the documents instead, see the document text search below.
Advanced search
You can enter a word or phrase for each type of metadata. The search will find items in the archive where all the requested terms match.
Document text search
This search is limited to the documents that have had optical character recognition (OCR) applied, and the results may be subject to misreadings by the OCR. The documents that have had OCR applied are generally the typescript documents. Your results will not take you to the page within the document where your search term appears, only to the document overview page.
